14-Day return period for UK and International customers:
The valid returns period is 14 days for UK and International customers. Items returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted. The return period begins upon receipt of the delivery.
Goods must be returned in the original, re-saleable condition:
All return goods must be in returned in their original, re-saleable condition. Items that have been used, worn or soiled in any way will not be eligible for return. If this is the case, you will be notified via email.
Try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment:
We strongly advise that shoes are tired on carpet or another clean surface within in the home prior to wearing out to ensure the look and fit of the shoe is as desired.
Do not remove any of the original tags:
Any original tags must still be attached to the shoes. Removal of the tags may result in you request for a refund being rejected.
Some items are exempt for refund. These items include socks, some items of apparel and any open cleaning products. If you are unsure of whether or not your purchase is eligible for refund, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Submit a return request:
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and await a follow-up email with returns instructions.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your items have been received and deemed eligible for return, you will receive notification via email. Equally, if your item is deemed unfit for return, we will contact to outline the reasons why.
If you item has been approved for return, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, less the original shipping cost. You will receive an email notification once the refund process has been initiated.
Please not that funds can take up to five working days to show in your account once transferred. If the refund is not visible after the five-day period, please contact your bank to check any pending transactions. If it is still not visible, please email us at email@example.com

We strongly advise that any return items are shipped via a secure, tracked service. Second Store Ltd is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The only time the customer is not liable for this cost is if there is a genuine fault with the item supplied.
